4 bell peppers.
¼ kg ground
beef.
½ cup
chopped onions.
½ teaspoon
garlic powder.
¼ cup fresh
coriander, chopped.
2 eggs.
½ teaspoon
Worchester sauce.
Dash of
Tabasco sauce.
salt and
freshly ground pepper to taste.
oil.
Process:
Coat bell
pepper with oil and broil until the skin curls.
Remove from
oven and let cool.
Peel and
remove seeds.
In a pan
cook the ground beef with onions, garlic powder, coriander,
Worchester
sauce, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. (until ground beef is fully
cooked).
Fill bell
peppers with meat mixture.
Beat eggs,
dip peppers in them and fry in oil.
Serve immediately.
