Broccoli Salad,(serve with chicken or turkey)
Ingredients
Broccoli
Bacon
Canned Corn
mayoneese
salt
The first step is to cut the bacon as small as possible and place it in a large pan to fry so that all the fat gets released, now add small pieces of vapor cooked broccoli (needs to be constantly moved) do not add water or any other ingredient!, when it is soft, place it in a large bowl and now add the canned corn (without the included juice) and to finish just add salt as you like. Great to be served with Chicken or Turkey!
