Enough for: 2 people
Ingredientes:
1 1/2 cup
of rice
1/2 cup of
"petit-pois".
1/2 cup of
well chopped carorts
1/4 cup of
chopped cilantro.
1/4 cup of
chopped celery.
1/4 cup
chopped onion.
1/4 cup of
chopped red pepper.
Salt as you
prefer.
2 Tuna
(canned).
Condiments
you prefere such as Lizano sauce:
2 cups of
oil
Proceso:
Cook with
water vapor the “petit-pois” and the carrots until they are soft (not to much)
Now cook
the rice: (see the white rice receipe)
In another cooking
pot we will do the following:
Heat the
cup of oil.
Fry with
the rest of species (condiments) .
Add the
tuna.
Do not
forget to add the “petit-pios” and the carrots.
Continue to
fry everuthing for an extra 3 minutes and add the lizano sauce.
Mix
everything very well.
Cover the
cooking por and let it rest for 5 minutes.
The rice
and the sauce are now ready, mix them up together and let it rest for 10-15
minutes (allow the water vapor to continue to cook the rice during this
period).
