White Rice 

 Enough for:  2 People

 

 Ingredients:

 

1½ cup of rice.

2 soup spoons of oil.

1/8 cup of chopped onions.

1/8 cup of chopped red pepper.

1 piece of mashed garlic.

Salt as you prefer.

 

Process:

Preheat the water in a rice cooking pot.

When the oil is heated, add the onions, red pepper and garlic, and mix for a short period. Add  the rice with salt as you prefer and mix for 1 minute. Add 2 cups of water. When the water is dried, cover the cooking pot and heat it at minimum and wait for 15-20 minutes.
