Cafe 1820 Special Reserve is a high altitude coffee grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soils located more than 1,100 meters above sea level. Its color, scent and body are typical of an intense coffee and long taste. It stands out in the final cup for its fine acidity and its moderate bitter. It also has the perfect texture with fruity notes of apricot and peach, characteristics typical of specialty coffees.
