Claims and Returns Policy
At TicoShopping.com we are obsesed with customer satisfaction, all processed orders have guaranteed safe delivery. We will also contact those customers whose orders couldn’t be shipped for any reason for refund.
Our quality commitment is to solve any issue immediately, when caused by any of the following:
1) Damaged products during transit, wrong or missing products. If this should happen, we would send a reposition immediately to the original address
2) Lost orders: any order lost in transit (confirmed by courier companies) will be reshipped
We advice our customers to perform an order check before signing for delivery. We expect customers to report any order damage to the courier personnel during delivery, and then contacting TicoShopping´s customer service. This way way we will be able to process and solve claims more effectively.
Legislation varies across markets, any taxes potentially collected by the destination customs authorities is responsibility of the customer.
