Q: I want to know the shipping costs for my order...

A: Shipping costs depend on your order´s weight, country of destination, and preferred service. During checkout the system will show you your available shipping services and costs

 

Q: Do you ship to all countries in the World?

A: Pretty much, yes! If for any reason you do not see an available shipping method for your destination just let us know

 

Q: Do I have to create an account to place an order?

A: Nop, you can always check-out as a guest. But creating an account will help you earn points, become part of our community, and keep all your preferences saved for future visits.

 

Q: Are transit times guaranteed?

A: Well that´s a strong word... yet it is our standard to deliver within the time frame guide. Please bear in mind that international transit logistics and customs controls may cause potential delays.

 

Q: Can I ship to a PO box?

A: Unfortunately, no. Our courier services require proof of delivery so shipping to PO Boxes is unavailable for now

 

Q: I can´t find a specific product which was in your catalog!

A: We have a "living catalog", our wide variety of products are sourced on a weekly basis to ensure freshness. We have frequent additions, but sometimes products may become unavailable too

 

Q: I placed an order but I need to cancel it

A: We have a very flexible cancellation policy, as long as an order hasn´t been shipped we can process its cancellation and refund
